Refund policy

Made to order. Each piece is printed for you after you order, so please check the size chart for the exact piece before ordering.

Sizing and change of mind. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind on items that were made correctly.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll reprint and resend the item at no cost, or refund it in full, including its shipping. You don’t need to send the item back unless we ask.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they go into production. See our shipping policy.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to post them.
