Ordering
How do I place an order?
Open a product, choose a color and size, and add it to your cart. Then check out through Shopify’s secure checkout. Shopify emails an order confirmation to the address you enter at checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout, where Shopify processes the payment.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest with your email or phone number. Signing in is optional and lets you see your orders.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact the team store as soon as possible. Because each piece is printed to order, an order can only be changed before production starts.
Sizing
What’s the difference between youth and adult sizes?
There’s one youth style, the OS Washed Tee - Youth, in sizes S–2XL. Everything else is an adult unisex cut, apart from the Women’s Quarter-Zip. A measurement chart isn’t available for the youth tee, so ask us if you’re unsure.
How do I read the size charts?
The charts are garment measurements, laid flat, from each product listing, in inches or centimeters. Measure a piece you already own that fits well and compare. Chest is armpit to armpit, so double it for the full chest.
How do the pieces fit?
Each product page lists the fit from its listing, for example “Loose” or “Oversized”, along with fabric and weight. Cropped pieces (the Women’s Quarter-Zip and Soccer Jersey) say so too.
Production & shipping
Why is everything printed to order?
The store uses a print-on-demand partner. Your piece is printed after you order instead of being pulled from stock.
How long will my order take?
We send your order to production within 1 business day, and production takes 1–6 business days, so it usually ships within 2–7 business days. US delivery then usually takes 5–10 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
The store currently ships within the United States. Shipping options and the cost for your address are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & problems
Can I return or exchange something?
Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll reprint it or refund it in full.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact the team store as soon as it arrives, with your order number and photos of the problem.
The club
How do I join or register to play?
The team store only handles merchandise. For playing, teams and registration, contact Broncos Rugby Club through its official channels.
